Direct Billing
Precious Medical Centre and its subsidiaries, Pacific Medical Clinic, Pacific Healthcare Specialist Centre, Robertson Choo Oehlers Lee & Lye Dental Surgeons and Atria-Pan Dental Group offer direct billing with CIGNA and BUPA and work with most other insurance companies and medical third party administrators. Please refer to your personal or company policies, or the various corporate websites to verify if direct billing is available and if co-payment is necessary.
In addition, for Singaporean citizens and residents, some procedures may be fully or partially covered under programmes such as Medisave and Community Health Assistance Scheme (CHAS), or if you are part of the Pioneer or Merdeka Generations. Our guest relations officers will be happy to assist you in checking with the relevant companies or authorities and help you with the reimbursement process.
